All members are entitled to vote, however we recognise that some members will not want, or be able, to attend the AGM and that the premises cannot hold all members of the BUC at the same time. 
Accordingly, in the interests of inclusivity and equality, there will be a voting period before the AGM and on the day of the AGM itself, as follows:

Voting before the AGM:

1. There will be an EARLY BALLOT from 2nd – 9th April 2025 inclusive.
2. Members must collect a voting slip in person from staff upon presentation of their membership card for checking against a membership list.
3. Please cast your vote and post the slip in the ballot box in the presence of a member of staff.

Voting on the day of the AGM:

1. Voting will open on 10th April 2025 at 12 midday and close at 7:30pm ahead of the start of the AGM. 
2. On arrival at the club, members should collect a voting slip, in person, upon presentation of the membership card that will be checked against a membership list.
3. Cast your vote and post the slip into the ballot box before 7:30pm.
4. A detachable raffle ticket will be fixed to the voting slip. Please detach it and present it at the bar for a free drink.

All votes cast will be counted on the night of the AGM.
